Desperado Saga Character Redesign

Okay so I was chatting with a my classmate, Donna about original character stories and after hearing her the story, characters and universe she created, she asked me if I ever made my own universe. And I did, but I never did expand on that story or those characters. I laid down the basic plot and she said I should continue to develop it. So I decided, over 10 or so pages in my sketchbook to redesign Cale, Kai and Ayda, characters from my old Western/fantasy story Desperado Saga.

Cale is the main character, he's on the left, and the rest are his brothers: Ayda the younger brother (middle) and Kai the older brother (right). No color schemes as of yet, but this is what their clothes will look like.

Basically in my universe, these boys are from some sort of native tribe, so I also managed to design some of their tribal costumes as well. I've also begun to redesign some of the other characters in their story.
